Arjan is a freehold mix-use development featuring residential, commercial, and retail complexes. It is another new community in Dubailand and is bordered by Dubai South and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
Launched in 2006, the community now has 48 finished buildings – most of which are apartments that fall into the category of low to mid-rise. The overall feel of the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and free of the usual excessive noise and traffic of the hustle and bustle of Dubai.
